"OUT OF STOCK ITEMS"
I'm a big fan of Supra shoes—got over 15 pairs from their site in the last five years. So, last week, I decided to grab two new pairs, but after five days, I found out they were out of stock, even though they had already charged me. At least I got my refund the same day I received the email about the stock issue. They really ought to keep their website updated; it’s super frustrating to wait for your order only to find out it’s not available. Still, I’m a loyal Supra fan, and this was just a one-off hiccup; I’ve never had issues with them before.
